Could not load Licensing.LicenseManager in PME 8.0 after new install

Issue:
When trying to open the Management Console in PME 8.0 after a new install and this error message pops up

Management Console Error Message

Error Message:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Licensing.licensemanager, Version = 1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its

Product Line:
PME 8.0

Environment:
Software Install

Cause:
Licensing.LicenseManager.resources.dll and Licensing.LicenseManager.dll were not copied to the following three folders:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Web\bin

C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin

​C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\ReportDataService\bin

Resolution:
To fix this problem, copy Licensing.LicenseManager.resources.dll and Licensing.LicenseManager.dll from one of the existing folders on the computer where PME is installed. (Search the three folders above to copy both files) and then paste into each of the three folders. Each folder should have both files in them.
