Issue:
How does the Password protection set up in the ATV930 drive?

ATV900, ATV930, ATV950, ATV960, Altivar Process

Cause:
Firmware evolutions being worked on.

Resolution:
As of April 2017, Password is used to lock access for uploading or downloading a drive's configuration. This password will not lock menus or parameters in the keypad.

Evolution is planned for the further ATV900/ATV600/ATV340 versions in order to have password to protect the keypad access in addition to this parameter restricted access.
