PME - unable to install with SQL Server Evaluation Edition

Cause
The PME installer is not configured to recognize SQL Server Evaluation Edition as a valid SQL Server installation.
Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).
*Note: The Evaluation Editions are not supported indefinitely, and a full license will be required for SQL and the software to continue working.
1. Check the installed SQL Evaluation Edition version by logging into SQL Server Management Studio and running the query: select @@VERSION
5. Save the Database.Core.broker.xml file.
6. Run the MainSetup.exe in the folder with the .iso files copied during step 2, to continue the installation.
Attached is the example broker file configured for PME 8.2 with SQL Server 2016 Evaluation Edition.
