Why does my ATV312 drive run in reverse when I trigger my preset speed on LI2?
Issue:
My ATV312 drive runs forward when I trigger LI1, but when I trigger my preset speed on LI2, the drive switches to reverse.
Product Line:
ATV312 series drives.
Environment:
All models, All serial numbers.
Cause:
Run Reverse is assigned to LI2 as factory default.
Resolution:
On the ATV312 drive, the LI2 terminal has "run reverse" assigned to it from the factory. When using LI2 for another function, including preset speed, you must first un-assign run reverse from this input.
From RDY, Press ENTER and scroll to I_O- menu.
Press ENTER then scroll to RRS parameter.
Press ENTER then change this parameter to NO and press Enter once more.
ESC back to RDY. The system should not work properly.
