Issue:
ATV212 configuration so that RY relay will trigger when a speed threshold is reached

Cause:
Frequency reference reached

Resolution:
Using RY relay for speed reached functionality.
F130 from the factory is already programmed as 4 for speed reached.
F100 can be programmed to value desired in hz.

The RY relay will actuate when the VFD output frequency is greater than or equal to the F100 setting.
