Issue:
Contractor installed six ATV630 drives.  They used three conduit runs, putting two sets of motor cables into one conduit run.  They are asking if this installation is going to cause noise or other interference.

Installation manuals do not address the separation of motor cables.

Resolution:
It is recommended to have separation of motor cables between separate drives and motors.  Running motor cables together could possibly generate leakages and/or noise from one cable set to another.
