If you have already purchased the digital module and lost the data file of the purchased digital module due to some reason, using the retrieve option you can download the data file and install it in the associated Masterpact MTZ device.
Follow the steps as below:
1) Click Digital Module in the Device View.
2) Click on the "Retrieve it here" link.
3) Select the digital module that to be retrieved and an email with the digital module will be send to the registered email address along with the digital module.
4) Click the link in the email to download the data file of the retrieved digital module to the PC.
Follow the steps as below:
1) Click Digital Module in the Device View.
2) Click on the "Retrieve it here" link.
3) Select the digital module that to be retrieved and an email with the digital module will be send to the registered email address along with the digital module.
4) Click the link in the email to download the data file of the retrieved digital module to the PC.
