Why I encounter an issue on my URL document with Ecostruxure Augmented Operator Advisor app ?

Description
When you try to load your project on the Ecostruxure Augmented Operator Advisor app, you can encounter the message " Error during area loading" :



There are several ways to encounter this error message, you will find below one of solutions to solve this issue.

First, you need to check the complete error message in the AOA app log file.

As example:

Then, if the error message is about a bad configuration of a document, I must to check the path of this document into the project on the AOA builder.



The path or URL of this document must to start by a letter [a-z , A-z] and not by a number [1-9] or a special character ( / , | , #,  ... )

If your URL or File Path start by a number or a special character you must modify the document's URL to solve the issue during loading project.
