Cause:
NetBotz has released the NBPD0165 camera pod.

Resolution:

No, the camera pod NBPD0165 is not compatible with NetBots 3xx, 4xx, and 5xx devices. There are currently no plans to integrate the cameras into the older appliances. As of it's release, it is only compatible with the NetBotz 750 series appliances.
