1.Issue
Customer are using Unity Pro XLS 7.0 for developing logic with Quantum safety controller. The software was installed in a laptop with Windows 7 SP1 Operating system and was having 16GB RAM. The Unity Pro application was opening but if customer do any action like saving or analyzing project, the software crashes immediately and closes with a message as attached.2.Environment
Windows 7 SP1, Unity Pro XLS V7.3.Resolution
Uninstalling the Microsoft visual c++ 2012,2013,2015 Redistributable (x64) (x86) all these from PC in “Programs and Features”, then re-install the unity pro XLS 7.0.4.FAQ Applicable Conditions (Optional )
