In order to be able to connect to the M262 from EcoStruxure Machine Expert through EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor, you have to add manually the port 11740 in the Gate Manager when you create your agent (M262) via the Site Manager GUI.

With the M262, the remote connection has to be done in Fast TCP mode by using the port 11740.
This is the main difference between M262 and M241/251.
With the M241/251, we recommend to use the IP Address via NAT (Remote TCP) mode by using the port 1105. This port is already defined by default in EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor that’s why it works without specify a port number.
The port 11740 should be added by default in EcoStruxure Secure Connect Advisor V9.0.
