The ION_Data Maintenance job runs a powershell script which performs a defragmentation on ION_Data. Details of the script can be found in
Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\config\cfg\DbScheduledTasks
Note: For large databases the function can take a long time to run which can slow down data insertion so at times it would be disabled to avoid this issue.
