Event Watcher

Resolution
Event Watcher must be configured to use a template that only references Sag/Swell Events.

To create the template follow the steps below:

1. Open Event Watcher by going to Management Console, select Tools >> Reporting Configuration >> Event Watcher Manager
2. Select the Templates tab
3. Click New
4. Give the alarm a name such as PQ Events - Sag/Swell
5. If desired, give the alarm a description
6. Choose 'Select From Event Log'
7. Select Sag/Swell {0.EN_US}|1 Disturbance Start SS1 DistState Disturbance

8. Press OK and then apply to save the template

Configure Event watcher to use the Sag/Swell template by using the following steps.

1. Inside of Event Watcher choose the Event Watchers tab.
2. Select New in the top right
3. Give the alarm a name
4. Select the Sag/Swell template created above
5. If desired, give the alarm a description
6. Select the device(s) that the alarm will apply to

8. Press OK
