Why OFS configurator is only in English on 3.62 version?

Resolution
Since OFS DA 3.62, the OFS configurator is available only in English. This feature has been removed and not supported anymore because OFS server and other tools are since the beginning only in English.
Therefor, OFS configurator has been set only in English.
