Issue:

No data from the HMI is get to the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert app

Resolution:

To troubleshoot why the EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Terminal Expert data is not getting through to the EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor app, please check the following:

1) The EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor driver is added to the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert application.

2) Ensure that the Server IP for the EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor driver is set to 0.0.0.0 (this is default)

3) Ensure that the variable names used in EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert are also used in the EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor builder application. Ex: INT01 in EOTE is INT01 in AOA.

4) Also, if you have your variables in a folder or a structure, you must include the folder name or the parent structure name. Ex. StructureName.INT01 in EOTE is StructureName.INT01 in AOA and FolderName.INT01 in EOTE is FolderName.INT01 in AOA.
