DTM errors in RemoteConnect after installation
After installation, launch RemoteConnect, and a DTM problem happened.

DTM error

Solution:
  • To update the catalogue, try clicking the update catalogue button.
  • The installation file for RemoteConnect must be located on the local drive C:.
  • Make sure that the installation 2-RemoteConnect-R-2.7.3_Ecostruxure-Control-Expert-V-15.1.zip file is unblocked.

  • Verify under the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files that the FDT and Schneider Electric Shared are complete.
