Issue
The customer recently bought the IM20H, and he read the resistance value through Modbus. The address in the user manual in 2011 is 1000, and the address in 2021 is 1020. The customer cannot read the resistance parameters through 1020, but can read through 1000.
How can I tell if the IM20H is an old product or a new product?

Cause
This issue is caused by the IM20H with different firmware version, For IM20H,the new firmware v2.2.x and above will support both registers like 1000 (old format) and 1020 (Float32- added part of Ecostruxture invariant support).

Resolution
Since the customer’s IM20H firmware version is V2.03, this is the reason why it can only read the register of 1000. They can read this register for Resistance or they can upgrade the IM20H’s firmware to v2.2.x, which will support both registers.
