Why do I see the OpcUaBase library in the Library Manager with the version number shown as "(not resolved)" for my M262 in EcoStruxure Machine Expert?

Issue
Why do I see the OpcUaBase library in the Library Manager with the version number shown as "(not resolved)" for my M262 in EcoStruxure Machine Expert?

For example, the TM262M15MESS8T is not supported and you would see the following "(not resolved)" in the Library Manager on the right pane (red box) below:


Product Line

Cause
The most likely cause is that the model of PLC that you have added to your project does not support the OpcUaHandling or OpcUaBase libraries
that do support the OpcUaHandling and OpcUaBase libraries are limited to only these three models in the M262 lineup:

• TM262L20MESE8T
• TM262M25MESS8T
• TM262M35MESS8T

(plus the LMC PacDrive family which are a different family for Motion control)

Resolution
You will need to add one of the three supported models of M262 instead of the not compatible models.

Again, the three supported M262 models are:

• TM262L20MESE8T
• TM262M25MESS8T
• TM262M35MESS8T
