Issue
Microsoft Edge will not allow you manually access the PME web application due to the self-assigned certificate, giving the error message "It looks like the webpage might be having issues, or it may be moved permanently to a new address.
"ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE".

Cause
By default, Microsoft Edge does not allow you to access the PME webpage while SSL is enabled, and HTTPS is required causing the webpage to no longer be accessible


Resolution
Note: This also allows you to reload legacy web pages

The following steps detail how to enable compatibility mode in Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Select the ellipses in the top right corner of the web browser and open the Settings option
3. Use the navigation windows on the left side to navigate to the "Appearance" page
4. Scroll down on the main page to the "(IE Mode)" setting, and select the link "allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode"
5. A new tab will be opened with the "Internet Explorer compatibility" settings. Select the following option:
   1. Always - Let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge
   2. Select the "Add" button, then type the URL https://Localhost/web and select "Add"
   3. Allow - Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer Mode (IE mode)
   4. Restart - For this setting change to take effect, restart your browser
6. Close and open the Microsoft Edge browser application to finalize the changes
7. Once restarted, select the ellipses in the top right corner of the web browser and open the Settings option
8. Use the navigation windows on the left side of the web browser's windows to navigate to the "Appearance" page
9. Scroll down on the main page to the "(IE Mode)" setting, and turn the slider to on
10. Navigate to the PME Web Applications page
11. Select the internet explorer mode button at the top right of the browser window
12. The browser page will be reloaded, and a small window will open in the top left with a couple of options
    1. Select the "Open this page in Compatibility view" and "Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time" to ensure the window will be opened in IE Mode in the future
