Before going to the steps, please refer below notes carefully.

NOTE:

• If you have activated license using online method, you cannot return the license using offline method. You must use this method to release the license.
• Starting from PME 2021 and going forward, License Configuration Tool is used for license configuration. Floating License Manager and License Manager are not supported for license configuration. These two applications are unusable after system upgrade.

STEPS:

1. Email SM AMS PME-OrderSupport <PME-OrderSupport@schneider-electric.com> or <SalesPortalSupport@se.com>
   1. Provide information about the customer and give their activation ID
2. Once you receive confirmation from this team through email that the licenses have been released follow the next steps
   1. Close the License Configuration Tool (LCT).
   2. Delete all files in C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Licenses (the files can be hidden)
   3. Activate the license again in the LCT.
