Solution:
Please visit https://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/warranty/product-registration.jsp to register your product.



Note: Ensure that you have selected the Country you are based on the upper left of the website before filling up the Product Registration page.


It is strongly recommended that you Register first for an online account so you can view your registered products under your account.

It can be done by clicking Sign In and then Register on the upper right of the APC website.


Or, click on Register while on the Product Registration page.


NOTE: You may still find an Orange or Yellow paper that says Product Registration with a link and key codes that is included in the literature kit of your APC product. Please take note that Key Codes are no longer applicable. Please follow the steps above instead.
