After completing an upgrade and launching the VVX, the screen in the browser only displays the mimic; there is no explorer bar, ribbon, or database visible.
The primary cause of this issue is the installation of VVX version on an unsupported Operating System. Windows Server 2022 is only supported from Geo SCADA 2021 December 2022 update onwards. If you're runnning Geo SCADA 2020 or Geo SCADA 2021 (before the December 2022 update) on a Windows server 2022, you will encounter this behavior when launching VVX.
The solution to this issue is to upgrade to Geo SCADA 2021 December 2022 update onwards. Alternatively, you can also resolve the issue by downgrading to Windows Server 2019.
