Issue
When clicking hyperlinks in the Table of Contents of Power Advisor PDF reports, generated Chrome version126 and 127, the hyperlink does not navigate to the corresponding section of the report. In some cases, it navigates directly to the end of the report.

This issue has been observed when using Chrome version 126 and Chrome Beta Version 127.

Resolution/Workaround
Users can continue using the older Chrome version 124. Alternatively, they can use Chrome Dev version 128 to generate Power Advisor PDF reports for now, until Chrome releases a fix for its PDF rendering issue.
