Why is there a Time Zone change when opening a Control Expert V15.3 project in V16.0?
The mismatch is caused due to an update in the Time Zones list from V15.3 to V16.0, where some missing time zones were included. Time Zone value remains the same in both versions but the correspondant Time Zone may be shifted. Find below an example for Time Zone value equal to 35:
Project created in V15.3 with Time Zone = 35 = UTC+01:00 Belgrade:
File .sta opened in V16.0: Time Zone = 35 = UTC+01:00 Casablanca
