Reasons for "Your account has been disabled" in Secure Connect Advisor
Issue:
Users may encounter the error message:
Login Failed - Your account has been disabled
when attempting to log in to Secure Connect Advisor - Gate Manager.
Product:
EcoStruxure™ Secure Connect Advisor (formerly known as Vijeo Connect)
Environment:
Secure Remote Access Software in Windows
Resolution:
1- User Account Disabled in Gate Manager
The account being used may have been disabled within the Gate Manager.
To verify this:
- Log in with an administrator account.
- Navigate to Users and check the status of the account.
- If disabled, enable the account and save changes.
Example when account is disabled:
When trying to log in to the Gate Manager:
2- License Expired
If the Secure Connect Advisor yearly subscription-based license has expired, the account will be disabled. To restore access, you must renew the subscription license.
