Power Monitoring Expert (PME) System Health Tab in PME2024R3 Web Applications Shows Licensing Error
Issue:
After installing either the Cumulative Update from 2026-04 or 2026-06 for PME2024R3 there will be an additional tab added in the Web Applications called "System Health". This can be used to monitor additional things such as the RAM usage, disk space, Windows OS compatibility, database integrity and more.
However, when looking at the tab you may encounter a message "Unable to process the request. You are not Licensed to perform this action. Please see your system administrator. Try Again"

Resolution:
First, to verify, open the License Configuration Tool on the server. Click on the License Information button within the tool as shown below. This will show the components of the licensing currently applied to the PME system.
Within the License Information, look for the line "SystemHealthMonitor" within the components of the licensing. If present it will show as below:
If this line within the Licensing Information is not present, please follow the process of returning and reactivating the license.
