How do I show or hide labels in the Curves and Selectivity graph in EcoSet Design?

Users can customize the graph display in the Curves and Selectivity window by showing or hiding equipment labels. This feature helps improve graph readability, especially when analyzing complex electrical networks containing multiple devices and protection curves.

To configure label visibility:

  1. Open the Curves and Selectivity window.
  2. Click the Eye icon.
  3. Enable or disable the desired display options, such as:
    • Labels
    • Cable
    • Transformer

By adjusting these options, users can simplify the graph view, reduce visual clutter, and focus on the information most relevant to their analysis.

Showing labels can help identify associated equipment and protection devices, while hiding labels provides a cleaner view of the protection curves for detailed selectivity and coordination studies.

This feature is particularly useful when working with large installations where multiple circuits, cables, transformers, and protective devices are displayed simultaneously.

Example:

  • Labels Enabled: Equipment names and associated components are displayed on the graph.

  • Labels Hidden: Only the protection curves and essential graphical elements are shown, improving visibility and comparison of curve characteristics.
