Which hole plugs are needed when NetShelter doors are removed?

Which hole plugs are to be used when the doors of a NetShelter SX cabinet are removed?

Product Line:
NetShelter SX

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
The NetShelter doors have been removed, leaving holes from the hinge screws and the door handle latch (hasp).

Resolution:
There are several possibilities depending on which doors are being removed, and if the customer has hole plugs that are included in the hardware bag.

To Replace Both the Front and Rear Doors
  • If the customer uses the hole plugs that come in the hardware bag, then use these quantities:
827-0261 covers the door handle hasp opening on the frame. When removing the front and rear doors please use (4) per cabinet.
827-0022 is used to cover (12) holes created by removing the hinges.
827-0188 is used to cover the holes in the frame that the rear door rods would use. If you remove the rear doors you need (2) per cabinet.
  • If the customer does not have the hardware bag that comes with the cabinet, then use these quantities:
827-0261 covers the door handle hasp opening on the frame. When removing the front and rear doors please use (4) per cabinet.
827-0022 is used to cover (16) holes created by removing the hinges, plus other holes in the frame.
827-0188 is used to cover the holes in the frame that the rear door rods would use. If you remove the rear doors you need (2) per cabinet.

To Remove Only the Front Door
  • If the customer uses the hole plugs that come in the hardware bag, then use these quantities:
827-0261 covers the door handle hasp opening on the frame. When removing the front and rear doors please use (2) per cabinet.
827-0022 is used to cover (4) holes created by removing the hinges.
  • If the customer does not have the hardware bag that comes with the cabinet, then use these quantities:
827-0261 covers the door handle hasp opening on the frame. When removing the front and rear doors please use (2) per cabinet.
827-0022 is used to cover (10) holes created by removing the hinges, plus other holes in the frame.


To Replace Only the Rear Door
  • If the customer uses the hole plugs that come in the hardware bag, then use these quantities:
827-0261 covers the door handle hasp opening on the frame. When removing the front and rear doors please use (2) per cabinet.
827-0022 is used to cover (8) holes created by removing the hinges.
827-0188 is used to cover the holes in the frame that the rear door rods would use. If you remove the rear doors you need (2) per cabinet.
  • If the customer does not have the hardware bag that comes with the cabinet, then use these quantities:
827-0261 covers the door handle hasp opening on the frame. When removing the front and rear doors please use (4) per cabinet.
