What to do if the needle is in the red zone on the switchgear SF6 gas gauge?

If the needle is in the low red zone on the switchgear SF6 gas gauge - do not operate the unit.

Arrange for the unit to be isolated and made safe. Make arrangements for a Schneider Electric engineer to inspect and to investigate why there is low or no SF6 gas in the unit.

For more information on gas filled units please contact Schneider Electric technical support.
