Perspective Supplier Review Process

The Schneider Electric Supplier Database is used as a reference system by the purchasing department to identify potential diverse suppliers.

Perspective suppliers will be required to successfully complete the Schneider Electric internal Supplier Auditing process. Our Supplier Development team reviews all suppliers in the areas of supplier diversity validation: diversity spend, financial status indicators, operational product performance and service capabilities and, if applicable, verifying your business’ diversity and/or small business status. Perspective suppliers must agree to and operate under Schneider Electric’s recognized guidelines including but not limited to:

           • Sustainability
           • ISO 26000 - Social Responsibility - ISO

Supplier Certification

Our Supplier Diversity Program is designed to build business relationships with integrity. We are committed to diversity and will do business with the "best" regardless of ethnic, racial or social, gender, disabled persons, and veteran background.

Schneider Electric understands corporate and ethical business responsibilities include investing in the communities it serves to enhance their economic, environmental, and social well-being. Just as Schneider Electric's global operations strive to contribute to the quality of life in its host communities, our company's long-term success depends on community support and partner suppliers for its operations, products, and services.

You may scan certification documents and other supporting materials that you feel appropriate (ie: certificates, awards) and upload to the Supplier Registration Portal.

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and understand Prospective Supplier Review Process.
