The lock for Square D`s Legacy Hospital Isolated Power System panels is catalog number PK4FL. The catalog number for the key is LP9618.
For the new styles  with prefixes SIP, SIX, and SID the lock is P13200002 and the key is P13600015. Refer back to the local distributor for
purchasing and they will obtain from the local sales office.
