Cause:
Enclosure covers require nameplates and labels, etc.

Resolution:

Yes, you must specify the Transformer catalog number and the fact that labels are required.  Otherwise, you will only receive the blank cover with no nameplate and labels.  Should that happen, contact Customer Service and they will assist in obtaining the nameplate and other necessary labels.
