Resolution:
The breaker would need to have a spring charging motor, a shunt trip, and shunt close to be remotely charged, opened, and closed. To be able to remotely reset the breaker after a fault, an automatic reset (factory installed only) or electrical reset would also be required. The motor, shunt trip, shunt close, and electrical reset would all require control voltage.
