Does Schneider Electric offer K20 rated Transformers?

Resolution:

K20 rated Transformers are not offered.  ANSI C57.110 is the only recognized industry standard for evaluating the effect of non-linear loads on Transformers.  Following that standard, a Transformer with a nominal impedance between 3 and 5%, the target design impedance for SquareD/Schneider Electric K-rated transformers will not experience a K-factor load beyond K-9 due to harmonic diversity and the attenuation effect of the Transformers reactance.

SquareD/Schneider Electric now only offers K-4 and K-13 rated Transformers.  In the past, the industry had largely settled on K-4 and K-13 as the common offering.  Requesting a K-rating higher than 13 causes the transformer to have a lower impedance.  A lower impedance allows a higher crest factor in the load, thus allowing higher harmonics to exist on the load side of the Transformer -- a distinctly undesirable effect.
