No, the current Q frame (or obsolete KDL) main breaker used in the 125 - 225 A, 3 phase load centers does not have any electrical accessories available. The 100 A main breaker load centers use a backfed QO3100VH for the main breaker. Its location in the panel (top, left branch position, positions 1 and 3) restricts an electrical accessory from being applied.
