Domestic (USA) electrical systems are typically 60 Hz, overseas systems are typically 50 Hz

Resolution:

SquareD/Schneider Electric`s standard offering is 60 Hz rated. SquareD/Schneider Electric can offer Transformers that are rated for 50 Hz or 50/60 Hz (as 50 Hz units can be utilized on either 50 or 60 Hz systems), in which ``50HZ`` is typically part of the catalog number. An exception to that catalog numbering system is the Export Model Transformers shown on page 14-12 of Digest 178 which are 50/60 Hz rated without ``50HZ`` appearing in the catalog number
