As long as the secondary is a single output voltage (not a multitap secondary), then Square D offers the Type TF option (3 pole fuse block, 2 primary[rejection type], 1 secondary [non-rejection type]). If the transformer has a multitap secondary, then Square D offers a Type TF with a R02 option, which is primary fusing only (2 pole fuse block with 2 primary, rejection type).
