Form Z is a SPDT (single pole double throw ) and the Form ZZ is a DPDT double pole double throw. The Z and ZZ have 2 terminals for each NO and 2 terminals for each NC. For other contact forms see the Sensors Catalog, 9006CT2000, page 382.
