Resoution:
Yes, ALL the MP Meter-Pak Meter Centers are marked: "SUITABLE ONLY FOR USE AS SERVICE EQUIPMENT". Therefore, the MP devices DO NOT contain any type of bonding screw or strap because because the main neutral comes bonded from the factory.

NOTE: The MP Meter-Pak, Meter Centers are NOT Suitable for use downstream from Service Equipment. The Neutral Bus structure in ALL the MP devices are Factory Bonded and may not be isolated or un-bonded in the field.
