Resolution:
This QMJ device is only a single switch and it cannot be modified in the field to add an additional switch. Parts are listed per switch. Only the parts listed below are considered field replaceable:
-Arc Shield/Suppressor Assembly - 4052021450 (arc suppressor housing) and 4052017302 (arc shield) (1 each required)
-Load Base Assembly - 4052107050 (1 required, lugs and fuse connector assembly not included)
-Fuse connector assembly - 4052107650 (1 required per phase)
-Fuse mounting nuts - 2342702001 (3 required per fuse connector)
-Lug Assembly - 4025116251 (per lug)
-Lug mounting nut - 2342702200
-Load base mounting screw - 4020506501
-Handle Knob Kit - 4028343750
