The neutral lugs will accept (2) #4 AWG - 300 kcmil Al/Cu (1 incoming and 1 outgoing).
There are also two terminals for service ground wires, if used as service equipment, capable of #14 AWG - #1/0 AWG Al/Cu.
These enclosures use Q frame breakers, which accept #4 - 300 kcmil Al/Cu.
