These CSED devices can be fed by using any two phases and neutral of a three-phase 208Y/120Vac Wye system, which will provide 120/208Vac 1 Phase/3 Wire voltage to the device. A 5th jaw is required if using on 120/208V 1 Phase/3 Wire; order catalog number 5J.
