Cause:
SquareD/Schneider Electric does not offer Medium Voltage (over 600V) Current Transformers in the North American market

Resolution:
SquareD/Schneider Electric cannot support applying 600V class Current Transformers to circuits having a phase-to-phase voltage greater than 600V.

It is not uncommon for adequate additional insulation to be applied between the primary conductor and the Current Transformers, insulation which must be designed and supplied by others, but Schneider Electric does not recommend this, nor support it. Schneider Electric assumes no responsibility for damage of equipment or personal injury caused by Transformers operated on circuits above their published ratings.
