XSZCS141 for the straight 4 pin M8 connector and XSZCS151 for the 90 degree 4 pin M8 connector.
These are found in the 9006CT0101 Sensor Catalog on page 524. There is an error on page 147 which shows the part numbers for 3 pin connectors.
