Resolution:
The 2-pole shield is part number PKSB1Q2, and the 3-pole is part number QSB3.

NOTE: for the PowerPact Q-Frame breakers used in the 400amp Combination Service Entrance Devices, the Line Side Shields(or Barriers) will come with the CSED device from the factory.
