Cause:
Clarification of what is supplied

Resolution:
If the I-line Panelboard is Factory assembled, the Factory will fill all unused spaces with Filler Plates.
If the I-line Panelboard is ordered RTI (Ready to Install), or RTA (Ready to Assemble), they will include some Filler plates depending on the mounting inches.
If the I-line is taken from Stock as merchandised, Filler plates will need to be ordered for any unused space.
