Are the safety switches rated for the fine stranded wire?

Resolution:
The standard lugs of general duty or heavy duty safety switches have NOT been UL tested or listed for use with fine stranded wire. If using fine stranded wire, an option might be to use a short length of standard wire on the safety switch lugs, and connecting it to the fine stranded wire via a splice or some type of UL listed connector.
