Resolution:
Enclosure modifications are optional items that can be made to the structure. Some non-obvious items include: mimic bus, tin-plated switches, heaters and accessories, interior lights, receptacles, plastic nameplates, fuse handling tool,  HVL/cc phase sequence test unit, spare live line indicator blocks, bottom plates (rodent barriers), ship in single sections and touch up paint.
