Transformers purchased from SquareD/Schneider Electric do not have any of their primary or secondary terminals grounded as they are shipped from the factory

Cause:
Configuration of  Transformer terminal wiring is dictated by the type of Electrical System desired

Resolution:
Yes.  If wired to provide a grounded B phase output, the X4 terminal must not be bonded to ground, it should remain unconnected
