Yes, all of the bussing and connectors as used in EZM metering equipment is plated prior to assembly to reduce corrosion and to prevent galvanic reaction between the dissimilar metals. Bussing in EZM metering equipment may consist of plated copper, plated aluminum, or a mixture of both plated aluminum and plated copper. EZM devices supplied with plated copper horizontal cross bus may be electrically connected to EZM devices supplied with plated aluminum horizontal cross bus.
